Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the Pleasant Prairie Fulfillment Center, advising leadership on all people-related matters.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Lead employee relations efforts by conducting investigations, mediating conflicts, and ensuring consistent policy application.
• Drive HR program implementation at the site level, such as performance reviews, compensation cycles, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and Flexport policies.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and contribute to site-specific HR strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 2 years of onsite operational experience (e.g., fulfillment center, manufacturing, or warehouse).
• Proven expertise in employee relations and labor law compliance.
• Experience managing HR functions for non-exempt workforces.
• Strong ability to partner with and influence site leadership.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A 'compliance first' attitude.
