Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Deploy and ensure the application of HR policy across national agencies
• Support managers with personnel administration, disciplinary management, and HR best practices
• Manage individual and collective labor relations in coordination with agency managers
• Handle HR administration including employment contracts and amendments
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including variable data and absences
• Manage social relations (CSE, professional elections, NAO) to maintain a stable social climate
• Manage and develop the recruitment officer and pilot recruitment strategy
• Oversee employee integration, employer branding, evaluations, talent detection, and training plans
• Contribute to Group HR projects and their deployment within the scope

Requirements

• Higher education degree in Human Resources
• Over 5 years of experience as a generalist HR Manager
• Experience working closely with operational managers in a multi-site environment
• Strong mastery of individual and collective social law
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Organized, autonomous, and proactive with strong listening and assertiveness skills
