About the role
Responsibilities
- Deploy and ensure the application of HR policy across national agencies
- Support managers with personnel administration, disciplinary management, and HR best practices
- Manage individual and collective labor relations in coordination with agency managers
- Handle HR administration including employment contracts and amendments
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including variable data and absences
- Manage social relations (CSE, professional elections, NAO) to maintain a stable social climate
- Manage and develop the recruitment officer and pilot recruitment strategy
- Oversee employee integration, employer branding, evaluations, talent detection, and training plans
- Contribute to Group HR projects and their deployment within the scope
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Human Resources
- Over 5 years of experience as a generalist HR Manager
- Experience working closely with operational managers in a multi-site environment
- Strong mastery of individual and collective social law
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Organized, autonomous, and proactive with strong listening and assertiveness skills
