Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership in the Washington, DC office and News Division to cultivate a mission-driven workplace culture.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees regarding performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
• Support talent acquisition, training, and staff development initiatives.
• Manage HR processes including compensation support, HR reporting, and compliance efforts.
• Collaborate with the broader HR team on benefits, leave administration, and policy implementation.
• Support the operational needs of the Washington, DC office and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in HR management.
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, recruiting, and HR systems.
• Must be a practicing Catholic committed to EWTN’s mission and values.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM certification.
• Experience working in a nonprofit environment.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
