About the role

Responsibilities

  • Champion site culture by embedding Safety, Integrity, and Inclusion
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Lead workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding
  • Coach and train leaders on performance management and accountability
  • Oversee employee relations and investigations
  • Partner with Learning & Development to deliver role-based training and succession planning
  • Drive employee engagement and communication strategies
  • Support payroll, time & attendance, leave administration, and HRIS accuracy
  • Partner with EHS and leadership to strengthen safety culture and DEI initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 2 years in HR leadership
  • Knowledge of employment and labor laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO)
  • Experience with HRIS (Dayforce preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support multiple shifts
  • Ability to navigate production floors and wear required PPE
