About the role
Responsibilities
- Champion site culture by embedding Safety, Integrity, and Inclusion
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Lead workforce planning, recruiting, and onboarding
- Coach and train leaders on performance management and accountability
- Oversee employee relations and investigations
- Partner with Learning & Development to deliver role-based training and succession planning
- Drive employee engagement and communication strategies
- Support payroll, time & attendance, leave administration, and HRIS accuracy
- Partner with EHS and leadership to strengthen safety culture and DEI initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years in HR leadership
- Knowledge of employment and labor laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO)
- Experience with HRIS (Dayforce preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support multiple shifts
- Ability to navigate production floors and wear required PPE
