About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the development, implementation, and management of HR compliance programs across global manufacturing and distribution operations.
  • Monitor changes in international, federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Conduct routine compliance reviews, risk assessments, and support internal and external audits.
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining global HR policies, handbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training for HR teams, supervisors, and frontline managers.
  • Provide guidance on compliance-related employee relations issues and support investigations into policy violations.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in partnership with Legal and IT.
  • Maintain compliance dashboards, metrics, and audit logs to report on risks and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience specifically focused on compliance or HR operations.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws and HR regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work across different cultures and time zones within a global organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within manufacturing, distribution, or similarly regulated environments.
