Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
• Lead employee relations by conducting internal investigations and managing workplace conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain the Employee Handbook
• Manage facility operations, including building maintenance, vendor management, and workplace security
• Oversee OSHA compliance activities, workplace safety programs, and incident documentation
• Coordinate office network infrastructure and technology assets in collaboration with external IT vendors
• Support performance management, employee evaluations, and professional development programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of Human Resources and Employee Relations experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and workplace compliance
• Proven experience conducting employee investigations and managing sensitive matters with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS platforms
• Bilingual in Korean (highly desired)

Preferred Qualifications

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification
• Experience with OSHA compliance and facility administration
• Experience in manufacturing, medical device, or technology industries
• Experience working with Korean-based companies
