Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations and program execution across three sites
• Serve as the primary HR business partner to managers and employees
• Manage employee relations, including conducting confidential investigations
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes
• Administer benefits, compensation, leave (FMLA), and accommodations (ADA)
• Oversee workers' compensation programs and safety training coordination
• Manage HRIS administration, payroll data accuracy, and workforce reporting
• Analyze workforce trends, turnover, and labor costs to provide business insights
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience in a dedicated human resources function
• Experience in a manufacturing or value-added distributor organization
• At least 3 years in a manager or HR business partner role
• Working knowledge of Arizona state labor and wage/hour laws
• Proficiency in HRIS administration, benefits, and talent acquisition
• Ability to travel approximately 10% (including quarterly travel to PA)

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ongoing HR education and professional certifications
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
