Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for employees
• Manage recruiting processes to find the right personalities for the team
• Organize employee development and training measures
• Drive employer branding initiatives to increase regional attractiveness
• Handle personnel administration including employment contracts and payroll preparation
• Actively shape and maintain the company culture

Requirements

• Experience in HR within the hospitality industry
• Empathy and strong communicative skills
• Creativity in developing HR strategies
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
• Completed training or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Very good German and English language skills
