About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees
- Manage recruiting processes to find the right personalities for the team
- Organize employee development and training measures
- Drive employer branding initiatives to increase regional attractiveness
- Handle personnel administration including employment contracts and payroll preparation
- Actively shape and maintain the company culture
Requirements
- Experience in HR within the hospitality industry
- Empathy and strong communicative skills
- Creativity in developing HR strategies
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Completed training or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Very good German and English language skills
