Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the people strategy at the plant level, strengthening leadership capability and ensuring efficient HR service delivery.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, providing proactive guidance on complex HR and employee relations issues.
• Lead local communication strategies, feedback mechanisms, and recognition programs to foster a culture of accountability and inclusion.
• Track and analyze People KPIs to provide workforce insights regarding staffing, productivity, and engagement.
• Manage local talent acquisition, onboarding, and leadership development processes to ensure a critical talent pipeline.
• Guide supervisors on performance management, total rewards, and compensation alignment.
• Manage union relations and works council engagement, including negotiating collective bargaining agreements and resolving disputes.
• Ensure strict adherence to labour laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
• Experience working within a manufacturing or fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, labour law, and HR processes.
• Experience navigating and influencing stakeholders within a matrix organisation.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
