- Collaborate with leadership on organization development and succession planning

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in HR including managerial experience in a 5-star luxury resort or cluster HR setting
- Experience working in Bali is a strong advantage
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams in dynamic environments
- Solid background in Human Resources Operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a relevant field
