Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of human resources functions including onboarding, compensation, and benefits
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and government reporting regulations
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation
• Maintain personnel records and data entry for benefits and performance reviews
• Coordinate management training for hiring, safety, and sexual harassment
• Advise management on employee relations issues
• Administer performance review and salary administration programs
• Guide employees through leave of absence processes including FMLA and ADA
• Conduct exit interviews and prepare separation documentation

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources or Business Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manager-level Human Resources role
• Proficiency in HRIS and Timekeeping software (Kronos preferred)
• Experience with Talent Management software (Smart Recruiters preferred)
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, ADEA, and EEO regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR or SHRM-CP Certification
• Experience with Worker’s Compensation Claims Processing Software
