Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Human Resources function, including policy development and implementation.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, and onboarding processes.
• Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and conducting disciplinary investigations.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing, including attendance and leave management.
• Oversee visa and immigration processes, including renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID coordination.
• Manage employee benefits, medical insurance enrollment, and compensation administration.
• Drive performance management through appraisal processes and training identification.
• Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives to foster a positive culture.
• Maintain accurate HRIS/HRMS data and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations and visa processes.
• Proven experience working with HRMS/HRIS systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with high confidentiality.
