Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage human capital operations to align plant performance with company results
• Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits
• Supervise compliance with labor and tax obligations, including IMSS and INFONAVIT
• Manage union relations, ensuring effective communication and adherence to collective bargaining agreements
• Implement organizational climate strategies to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
• Oversee risk prevention and health conservation programs to minimize lost days and operational impact
• Control the department budget and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• Professional degree in Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Head, HR Coordinator, or Personnel Coordinator
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Strong knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (Ley Federal del Trabajo)
• Expertise in labor relations, recruitment, and STPS training requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
