About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive organizational design and optimization strategies to ensure a capable workforce for the site.
- Partner with client leaders to implement strategies for innovation, growth, employee engagement, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Support the global delivery of HR initiatives and manage opportunities within assigned client groups.
- Collaborate on site-specific staffing strategies and community outreach to build external talent pipelines.
- Provide guidance for the site Apprenticeship program and implement global HR development programs.
- Develop innovative tools and ideas to increase the efficiency of the site HR organization and build a strong culture.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to oversee leadership development, talent management, and retention.
- Analyze HR key metrics and use data to develop targeted talent strategies.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree OR Master's + 2 years HRBP experience OR Bachelor's + 4 years HRBP experience OR Associate's + 8 years HRBP experience OR High school + 10 years HR/Business Partner experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ years of strategic HR experience, including organizational effectiveness, recruitment, talent development, compensation, or staff relations.
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple competing priorities and adapt to changing demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence all levels of management.
- Comfort with ambiguity and organizational change.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
