Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and development for the regional HR Business Partners team to ensure continuous training and knowledge transfer.
• Act as a strategic business partner to business unit directors, aligning HR decisions and programs with company culture and values.
• Guide leadership teams through organizational change, talent management, and innovation.
• Advise managers on compensation, benefits, employee discipline, performance management, and labor laws.
• Establish strategic partnerships with regional directors to maintain a positive working climate in both unionized and non-unionized environments.
• Ensure consistency of HR services at a national level, including talent management and staffing practices.
• Support the promotion of company safety and quality objectives through continuous improvement of working methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or an equivalent field.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant HR experience, including significant experience in labor relations.
• Strong knowledge of regional labor laws, regulations, and HRIS.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Canada.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service to managers and employees.
