About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and improve HR acquisition integration processes, including checklists, templates, and trackers to ensure consistent and compliant transitions.
  • Execute onboarding and transition plans for acquired employees, including data migration, synergy rosters, and individual transition programs.
  • Design and implement internal audits for data migration, I-9 collection, employee files, and local licensing requirements.
  • Assist in managing employee communications, offer letters, benefit transitions, and severance obligations.
  • Support the Director of HR Acquisitions Integration with strategic projects, automation, and process improvements to increase efficiency and legal compliance.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Proven experience with mergers and acquisitions (due diligence through integration).
  • Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems, including employee data management and audit procedures.
  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time, including international travel if required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of sensitive information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating presentations and conveying organizational changes.

Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year.
