Human Resources Labor Consultant

Responsibilities

• Participate in collective bargaining for a first contract, ensuring a highly collaborative negotiation process
• Interact with union stewards and union representatives to maintain positive and collaborative relationships
• Collaborate with HR Teams, Centers of Excellence, Union representatives, and Legal teams to ensure smooth implementation of HR processes
• Manage HR processes for employees in the bargaining unit, including preparing communications and readiness initiatives
• Advise and update HR policies, programs, and procedures to support new legal and compliance requirements
• Build capability within the Manager and HR community

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on labor relations and union environments
• Outstanding negotiation skills and a track record of successful contract negotiations, specifically the ability to negotiate a first contract
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and partners
• Proficiency in managing HR operational changes and readiness communications
• Ability to manage and update HR documentation
• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Wizards of the Coast games and culture
