Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

• Support HR Employee Relations projects and daily departmental administrative tasks
• Work directly with employees to validate that responsibilities align with their job descriptions
• Review existing job descriptions across multiple positions and recommend updates or corrections
• Prepare documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including presentations, correspondence, and memos
• Maintain and organize employee files, ensuring weekly filing completion
• Assist with data handling and general office tasks across benefits, payroll, and recruitment
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company Corporate Principles
• Collaborate with HR team members to support ongoing processes and special initiatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college (freshman through graduate student) in an HR-related major
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and email
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally
• Logical thinking and strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize assignments
