Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

• Learn and support recruitment and selection processes
• Organize employee inductions and training sessions
• Assist with the department's documentary organization and filing
• Participate in social welfare and employee engagement activities
• Collaborate in the creation of new HR procedures and processes
• Assist in personnel attendance control processes

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
• Availability to work onsite in Lurin from Monday to Friday
