Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of training, development, and performance management initiatives
• Collaborate on organizational culture, engagement, and employee experience campaigns
• Create content for internal communication channels including newsletters and announcements
• Design visual materials such as presentations, flyers, and digital assets aligned with brand guidelines
• Administer internal communication channels and editorial calendars
• Assist in the organization and logistics of corporate events and engagement activities
• Maintain and update databases, reports, and area indicators
• Support multimedia content generation including basic photography and video editing

Requirements

• Student of Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (databases, formulas, filters)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Office suite
• Intermediate English level
• Knowledge of design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
• Desirable knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects
