About the Company
Rapsodo is a Sports Technology company with offices in the USA, Singapore, Turkey, Japan and Malaysia. We develop sports analytics products that are data-driven, portable and easy-to-use to empower athletes at all skill levels to analyse and improve their performance.
Responsibilities
- Own key employee lifecycle tasks including pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, onboarding kits, and exit materials
- Maintain and update HR trackers, employee records, and shared drives
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries in the KL office
- Shape and refine the Employee Lifecycle process and standardize templates
- Coordinate interview scheduling and conduct resume screening
- Conduct phone screens and document candidate assessments
- Plan and execute quarterly culture and bonding events
- Design and develop Learning & Development (L&D) content and programs
Requirements
- Must be a student from a Malaysian university
- Student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Available for a 6-month full-time internship
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment across time zones
- Creative mindset for driving culture and engagement initiatives
- Sports enthusiast is a strong plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or interest in working with HR tech and internal systems like Workable
