Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

• Support HR Business Partners with daily activities and ad-hoc projects
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
• Support Talent Acquisition activities, including sourcing and employer branding initiatives
• Contribute to learning and development initiatives and training preparation
• Support benefits, wellbeing, and wellness-related initiatives
• Assist with employee engagement activities and HR programs
• Maintain accurate HR documentation while handling confidential information responsibly

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in Human Resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities independently while working collaboratively in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Initial understanding of HR concepts or practices
