Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of culture and leadership workshops to align with organizational values
• Assist in executing engagement programs, including recognition initiatives and internal communication
• Support leadership development through training and coaching programs for middle management
• Manage and regularize employee files to ensure 100% compliance with corporate documentation checklists
• Maintain databases and generate reports using Excel to track HR metrics and engagement levels

Requirements

• Active student (6th semester or higher) in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Communication, or similar fields
• Ability to provide university authorization/request letter for professional practices
• Availability to complete an internship of 6 months or more
• Possession of medical insurance (facultative or major expenses)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
• Must be an active student (not yet graduated)
