Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner team in daily operations, including the creation of employment contracts, company car agreements, and certificates.
• Assist in the recruiting process by pre-selecting applicants, communicating with departments, and organizing interviews.
• Work closely with the Works Council and support Works Council hearings.
• Process various HR requests such as parental leave, changes to working hours, or educational leave, including document filing.
• Act as a liaison to the IT department regarding new hires, departures, and internal transfers.

Requirements

• Currently studying Business Administration (with a focus on HR), Social Sciences, or a comparable field.
• Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in Human Resources.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Highly motivated, team-oriented, and able to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
• Fluent in German (written and spoken).
