Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining, organizing, and preparing HR-related documents
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and office tours
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company office events
• Design internal communication materials and visual collateral such as posters and announcements
• Assist with recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and interview scheduling
• Provide general HR and administrative support, including filing and vendor coordination
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvement activities

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Must be based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
