Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with HR data entry, reporting, and database maintenance
• Support the implementation and maintenance of HR and training platforms
• Organize, update, and upload training materials into the learning management system
• Track employee training assignments and completion records
• Coordinate interview scheduling and communicate with candidates
• Assist with job postings, resume screening, and reference checks
• Support new hire onboarding activities and documentation
• Prepare HR-related reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Provide administrative support for HR projects and daily operations

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or related field
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship, administrative, HR, or project coordination experience
• Familiarity with HR systems, learning management systems (LMS), or database management
