About the role
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and selection processes for hotels and corporate offices
- Coordinate logistics for induction events, training courses, and interviews
- Organize and maintain personnel files, contracts, and CVs
- Manage and track monthly overtime agreements and onboarding documentation
- Maintain updated electronic databases of applicants and attendance lists
- Follow up on performance evaluations and archive related documents
- Coordinate the delivery of uniforms, nametags, and ID cards
- Support training control and Cross Training plans with the L&D Manager
- Participate in retention interviews and assist with internal communications
Requirements
- Currently studying Hotel Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge of time management systems
- Intermediate English level
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Methodical and orderly approach to information management
