About the role
Responsibilities
- Extract ERP data related to workforce, absences, training, turnover, and other HR indicators
- Clean and organize data to ensure quality and consistency
- Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, including key KPIs for area monitoring
- Automate reports and perform periodic dashboard updates
- Collect and structure information for EINF, specifically regarding equality, training, occupational health, and workforce data
- Collaborate with HR and IT on digitalization and process improvement projects
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a related University degree
- Training in Data Analysis or specifically in Power BI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- English fluency is considered a valuable asset
- Knowledge of Python programming is a plus
