Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the Early Careers program by managing tasks with the University-Company Foundation (FUE)
• Participate in recruitment and selection phases for new talent
• Assist in Talent Marketing and Employer Branding actions
• Manage technical and administrative documentation for students
• Organize onboarding processes and follow-up sessions for new hires
• Support daily personnel administration and employee inquiries
• Collaborate on internal corporate culture projects, including equality and communication initiatives
• Collect workforce data and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Prepare reports and operational presentations for team projects

Requirements

• Active university enrollment (Degree or Master) in HR, Labor Relations, Law, or Business Administration (ADE)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• B2 level of English
• Digital agility and interest in using new technologies (such as AI) to optimize workflows
• Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities

Benefits

• 6-month internship with the possibility of renewal up to 1 year
• Monthly stipend of €500 gross
• Part-time schedule (5 hours per day) with flexibility to accommodate university classes
