About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform administrative and support activities in accordance with HR norms, processes, and procedures
- Manage HR documentation by registering and maintaining updated information
- Prepare reports, data, and necessary documentation with technical criteria and a focus on continuous improvement
- Organize generated documentation according to established deadlines and application processes
- Participate in the implementation and compliance of HR management systems and regulations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR objectives are met
- Provide support and service to employees and managers within the scope of competence
- Identify and proactively manage risks by proposing action plans and ensuring follow-up
Requirements
- University student or recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
- Specialization in Human Resources is preferred
- High level of proficiency in Office 365, with advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate English level (B2)
