Responsibilities
- Recruitment: Posting job offers, screening applications, and following up with department heads
- Employee Support: Assisting with HR tools (SIRH) and creating user guides
- Personnel Administration: Updating employee files, managing onboarding formalities, and drafting internal communications
- Training: Contributing to the annual skills development plan and administrative follow-up
- General Support: Participating in employee life animation and risk prevention policies
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bac+3/5 degree in HR, Management, or Hospitality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
