Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, transitions, leave management, and accommodations
• Advise employees on HR-related matters, interpret policies, and explain company programs
• Maintain the HRIS system to ensure accuracy and timely editing of employee records
• Partner with HR Business Partners and other functions such as payroll, benefits, and performance
• Act as a change agent for key HR initiatives and programs
• Participate in office committees and teambuilding events to reinforce firm culture
• Stay updated on current HR trends and employment laws

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• 2 years of progressive human resources experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and project management skills
• Ability to communicate and establish relationships with all levels of management and employees

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a professional services environment
• Experience working with HRIS systems
• Proficiency with SAP
