Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Partner with Senior HRBPs and engineering executives to execute talent strategies including acquisition, engagement, and succession planning
• Address daily HR-related issues and provide support to managers and employees
• Establish collaborative relationships with engineering leaders and HR Centers of Excellence
• Support the HRBP team with data reporting, metrics, and workforce analytics to drive talent initiatives
• Assist with project management and the execution of processes across the BGS Engineering HR team
• Utilize HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience working as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
• 1+ years of experience in collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data
• 1+ years of experience executing HR strategies and managing associated projects
• 1+ years of experience utilizing business acumen to link HR strategies to business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Human Resources certification(s)
• 3+ years of related work experience, specifically focused on employee relations and workforce planning
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and executive-level presentations
• Proven ability to solve problems and utilize various HR tools and systems
