Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee concerns, conduct investigations, and address performance issues or coaching needs
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Compile time and attendance data, submit payroll inputs, and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
• Coordinate employee benefit programs such as health, dental, retirement, and FMLA
• Serve as a primary resource for managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures
• Support internal and external audits and assist with talent development strategies
• Lead change initiatives and implement training programs to support workforce engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of HR experience covering employee relations, payroll, and recruiting
• Strong ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity and business maturity
• High level of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and ability to build relationships with business leaders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Workday or other HRIS platforms
