Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of HR policies, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, and training
• Oversee employee relations by coordinating resolutions for concerns, coaching, discipline, and investigations
• Lead internal and external recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
• Administer benefit programs such as health, dental, disability, FMLA, and retirement plans
• Maintain HRIS and timekeeping systems, ensuring accurate data entry for pay rates and employee information
• Support labor relations by ensuring compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and assisting with grievance resolution
• Provide coaching and support to management teams regarding people planning and organizational design
• Assist with Affirmative Action administration and support internal/external audits

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in areas such as employee relations, recruiting, or compensation/benefits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday experience is a plus)
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity
• Ability to consult with business partners on talent management and organizational issues
