Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and benefits enrollment
• Administer day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs such as medical, dental, and vision
• Coordinate leave of absence requests including FMLA and ADA accommodations
• Support the intake and documentation of employee concerns, disciplinary actions, and performance issues
• Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and system deactivation
• Assist in the development, review, and communication of company policies and the employee handbook

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of experience in a generalist-level HR role
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, EEO)
• Experience working with HRIS systems
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
