About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified applicants for all open positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs and coordinate background verifications
- Create and deliver compelling new-hire onboarding programs and orientations
- Manage mandatory training and continuing education documentation, including safety and anti-harassment training
- Assist employees with benefit programs, leave requests, and annual Open Enrollment
- Manage disciplinary discussions, terminations, and investigations while maintaining strict confidentiality
- Guide the leadership team on sensitive or complex employee relations matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Superb conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems
- Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
