Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Lead and support recruitment and selection activities for operators, technicians, and administrative positions.
• Coordinate candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring follow-up to ensure timely staffing.
• Support labor relations, including disciplinary matters, employee relations, and union interactions.
• Assist in onboarding, induction, and training coordination for new hires.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements.
• Monitor key HR indicators such as absenteeism, turnover, and overtime.
• Support payroll and time administration processes, including attendance and shift changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
• Solid experience in recruitment and selection for direct labor and technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law and labor relations practices.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP or TRESS (experience with IDSE, Enablon, or IMS is a plus).
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong organizational, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
