Responsibilities
- Lead and support recruitment and selection activities for operators, technicians, and administrative positions.
- Coordinate candidate pipelines, interviews, and hiring follow-up to ensure timely staffing.
- Support labor relations, including disciplinary matters, employee relations, and union interactions.
- Assist in onboarding, induction, and training coordination for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor key HR indicators such as absenteeism, turnover, and overtime.
- Support payroll and time administration processes, including attendance and shift changes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional HR projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Solid experience in recruitment and selection for direct labor and technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law and labor relations practices.
- Proficiency in HR systems such as SAP or TRESS (experience with IDSE, Enablon, or IMS is a plus).
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Strong organizational, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
