Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a positive, high-performing work environment by managing employee relations and advising on best practices
• Collaborate on programs that promote employee engagement and retention to sustain a thriving workplace
• Work closely with the broader HR team to support and manage HR projects and programs
• Act as a consultant and trusted resource, guiding managers on HR policies, interpretation, and application
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while implementing HR strategies that drive growth
• Partner with Senior HRBPs to support local managers, provide coaching, and guide performance management processes
• Stay current on industry best practices and legal requirements to reduce risk and ensure compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of HR experience, with significant expertise in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
• Proficiency with HR systems (Workday preferred), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• High degree of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment
