Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations by working closely with managers to proactively resolve conflicts
• Support managers in team engagement, development, and performance management
• Participate in the development and implementation of internal HR policies and procedures
• Monitor internal movements, including promotions, transfers, and changes in employee status
• Manage workplace accident files and prepare documentation for internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with labor standards and applicable working condition regulations
• Produce and analyze statistical reports on HR performance indicators to support decision-making
• Contribute to improving the overall employee experience and workplace culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong expertise in labor relations and conflict management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or Dayforce is an asset
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
