Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations management and proactively resolve conflicts
• Assist managers in engaging, developing, and managing high-performing teams
• Participate in the development and implementation of internal HR policies and procedures
• Monitor employee status changes, including promotions, transfers, and internal mobility
• Support performance management through evaluations and attendance tracking
• Manage and track workplace accident files and prepare documentation for audits
• Ensure compliance with labor standards and organizational HR strategies
• Produce and analyze statistical reports on HR performance indicators

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong expertise in labor relations and conflict management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or Dayforce is an asset
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding environment
