About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume recruiting activities for hourly manufacturing positions
- Schedule interviews and communicate with staffing agencies
- Manage onboarding documentation including I-9s, W-4s, and safety training
- Maintain confidential employee personnel files and HR records
- Track employee attendance, absences, and timekeeping discrepancies
- Monitor headcount and prepare workforce reports for leadership
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Human Resources or recruiting coordination
- Experience in a manufacturing or high-volume hourly workforce environment
- Familiarity with temporary staffing agencies
- Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, or onboarding platforms
