Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Develop site monthly HR metrics presentation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Present New Hire Orientation for new employees in partnership with Talent Acquisition
• Collaborate with Operations to gain insights into business requirements
• Address and resolve employee relations matters, including conducting thorough investigations
• Support the implementation and development of HR policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• At least 2 years in a Generalist role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
• Experience conducting investigations and Employee Relations
• Proficient in HRIS applications and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
