Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key HR point of contact, advising employees and front-line leaders on talent management and employee experience
• Partner with HR Centers of Expertise and business leaders to deliver talent strategies focused on attracting, engaging, and growing people
• Advise on diverse talent-related matters including employee relations, performance, compensation, workforce planning, and inclusion & diversity
• Provide reporting and analytics support to the HR Manager to help shape the National Talent Strategy
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to assist with recruitment activities as needed
• Participate in national HR projects and support the delivery of the National Talent Strategy for the Tax service line

Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources
• CHRP designation completed or currently in progress
• Proven experience providing advisory services to leaders and employees
• Ability to facilitate professional presentations and discussions
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and complex matrix environment
