Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit leaders to align people strategies with business goals
• Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, including performance and conduct
• Conduct impartial workplace investigations and maintain thorough documentation
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, etc.)
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness, feedback, and accountability
• Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning and talent reviews
• Lead change management plans for organizational restructures and process changes
• Analyze people metrics such as turnover, retention, and engagement to identify trends

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience
• Extensive experience in employee relations, training, and workplace investigations
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance
• Experience supporting multi-state operations and union/non-union settings
• Proficiency with ADP (HRIS) and Greenhouse (ATS) preferred

• Experience in organizational design and workforce planning
• Proven ability to lead impactful organizational change initiatives
