Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of human resources including company and government benefits, payroll, and timekeeping
• Provide guidance on policies and procedures to operations to ensure compliance with company standards
• Drive employee engagement activities and support case management
• Oversee performance management, employee development, and employee relations
• Handle disciplinary actions and employee relations concerns in accordance with the Company handbook
• Coordinate employee movements including promotions, transfers, resignations, and layoffs
• Maintain positive relations with business partners to influence a healthy company culture

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of HR and Admin experience within the BPO or Shared Service industry
• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Proven experience in Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Employee Relations/Discipline
• Ability to work the night shift (9 PM - 6 AM, Monday to Friday)
• Must be able to work onsite in Mabalacat, Pampanga
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels
