About the role

Responsibilities

  • Shape regional HR strategy to drive enterprise change and organizational transformation.
  • Lead HR operations, employee relations, and compliance across North America, ensuring legal compliance with EEO, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA.
  • Advance performance management, talent management, and succession planning to build leadership capability.
  • Drive total rewards and compensation equity in coordination with Global HR.
  • Identify skill gaps and partner with global teams to design and deliver learning and leadership development programs.
  • Foster employee engagement and culture by acting as a visible HR leader across North American sites.
  • Support organizational transformation through structured change and communication plans.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive HR or organizational development experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams or leading HR operations across multiple sites.
  • Strong expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, talent management, and compliance.
  • BS or BA Degree; Master's in Human Resources Management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics (e.g., Workday, Oracle).
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, including intercontinental travel.
  • Proven experience advising senior leadership and driving organizational change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
