Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute transactional core HR processes including new associate orientation, onboarding, exit interviews, and leave administration
• Support hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to implement recruitment and staffing plans
• Administer programs designed to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and a diverse culture
• Maintain and track compliance programs, including OSHA reporting and unemployment claims
• Provide administrative support for meetings, webinars, and training sessions
• Create and distribute HR communications such as memos, emails, presentations, and surveys
• Track and consolidate data to identify insights and follow up on information requests

Requirements

• High school diploma required; College degree or Certificate in Human Resources preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruitment, or Employee Relations roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Windows
• Basic knowledge of State and Federal employment laws
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
