Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all Human Resources subsystems and processes
• Negotiate and maintain effective working relationships with employees and leaders
• Ensure employees have all necessary physical and non-physical tools to perform their work
• Drive endomarketing initiatives and internal communication
• Support employees with inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, vacation, and other HR/DP matters
• Oversee the performance management process, including 1:1 preparation, evaluation cycles, and feedback execution
• Ensure talent processes (performance, organizational climate, training, and compensation) are measurable and applicable
• Identify risks and propose effective solutions to improve team dynamics
• Act as the primary support for operational leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Human Resources field
• University degree in Administration or related fields
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Deep knowledge of CLT and CCT regulations
• Previous experience working in startups or growing technology companies

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in English or Spanish
• Experience in creating HR policies and procedures
• Experience negotiating with internal clients and third-party vendors
