About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for associates’ HR-related inquiries
  • Own timecard administration, error correction, and wage/hour compliance
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including badges and paperwork
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
  • Coordinate scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting
  • Assist with investigations, audits, and compliance documentation
  • Provide administrative support for engagement and training activities
  • Act as a consistent HR presence across day and night shifts

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of HR, payroll, or administrative experience
  • Experience supporting hourly populations in warehouse, retail, or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of timekeeping/payroll systems and wage/hour compliance
  • Ability to navigate HRIS and workforce reporting tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
  • Flexibility to cover night or weekend hours
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for entire shift
