About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for associates’ HR-related inquiries
- Own timecard administration, error correction, and wage/hour compliance
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes including badges and paperwork
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
- Coordinate scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting
- Assist with investigations, audits, and compliance documentation
- Provide administrative support for engagement and training activities
- Act as a consistent HR presence across day and night shifts
Requirements
- 1–3 years of HR, payroll, or administrative experience
- Experience supporting hourly populations in warehouse, retail, or manufacturing
- Knowledge of timekeeping/payroll systems and wage/hour compliance
- Ability to navigate HRIS and workforce reporting tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Flexibility to cover night or weekend hours
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand/walk for entire shift
